I called RC Topsoil last Friday to pick up some topsoil. The person with whom I spoke with gave me a time of 9:00 am the next morning to be out at their pulverizer in Huntley. So I rented a trailer and drove the half hour to Huntley. When I got to the pulverizer, there was no one there. I sat there for half an hour waiting for someone to show, and no one ever did. I called them, but the message said that they were not open on weekends. I left a message, and now it's Monday afternoonand I have not received a call back yet. So I wasted the money renting a trailer and close to two hours driving and waiting for them and they completely dropped the ball
