Used Admiral for semi-annual check up (not free) for a period of ~3-4 year( don't remember exactly). Each time technician came out, they found $800 worth of problems, but never the same problem. I always declined the service until they noted it had been a long time since my air filter had been changed (fair comment). I ordered and bought 3 filters from them, kind of specialty items, not typical in-wall/ceiling but right in front of unit. They only delivered after 3 calls from me (they cashed my check). Finally delivered the filters, but they were the wrong ones. I called, they delivered the right ones, but they were seriously damaged. I gave up and went elsewhere. You should go elsewhere too. Profoundly dissatisfied.
