I had a very simple job for them. My neighbor found 2 shingles on the ground and notified me. I asked Century roofing to come and fix the shingles as I have read some good reviews about them.
It took about a week before they came over and fixed it. Six weeks later i found that the shingles were missing again from the same spot. I called and talked to the lady who is the owner of the company and she told me that they did not work on that side of the house and the missing shingles were in the new spot that they have no responsibility for. It has been 2 weeks since i tried to explained to her by emails and phone calls that it was the same thing they repaired but there was no positive response. My neighbor can obviously confirm it. They obviously don't stand behind their work and this should be known by others so they don't run into the same situation like me. I will find a more responsible roofer to fix my roof instead. If you read other google reviews you will see that others also did not have great experience with this LOUSY company.
