Bad customer service 4/29/2013

While our actual training went ok. But I expected more for the price. My issue is with the DogTronic shock collar we purchased from Garry. Cost was $200+. This came with a lifetime warranty. I spoke with Garry over 6 weeks ago and determined I needed a new battery. He "said" he would order it and call me when it is in. I still have yet to hear from him. If you are looking for K-9 training I suggest look elsewhere. The customer service was pathetic. more
