Do NOT use this agency or Allstate. We had our homeowner's insurance and auto with this branch for almost a decade. When our auto insurance went up up nearly $100 for a 6 month premium and over $200 in year I called to find out why. Long story short, I made the recommended changes to both policies and received a quote that I was satisfied with. When the changes came in the mail it was around $100 more per 6 months than what I was quoted. I decided to switch companies. I called to cancel all of my policies on 3/19. As of today (4/20), it has still not been terminated! IN the meantime they have taken more money from my escrow account and have not refunded the 6 months they owe me. All they can tell me is it is a systems problem and they cannot close my account. They cannot close my account, they continue to take money from me, and owe me around $500. I guarantee if I owed Allstate $500 for one of my policies for more than a month after it was requested they wouldn't be satisfied with an apology and that explanation. Our coverage would have been dropped.
