Contrary to the two old unfavorable reviews, our experience could not have been better. We needed a new gas stove, a basic one. Called the store Friday and spoke with Ed, the owner and went in Saturday afternoon. He quickly recommended a model that was exactly what we needed and very well rated. His price was very low and he estimated installation, by his nephew, a licensed plumber, as about half the big box store price. He said he could deliver Tuesday or Wednesday and called on Monday to say his people would be here between 3 and 5 tuesday.His son and nephew the plumber came at 3:11. They were competent, careful, quick and very pleasant besides. (We need a new plumber and will try the nephew next time we have a specific need.)
A lot of people, including us, say we prefer local, family owned, family run businesses. We would have been impressed with the way we were treated even if the price was just competitive and not considerably cheaper.
All in all, a very easy, quick and pleasnt experience.
