I was 5 mins late for my appointment because I got the wrong address online. I even called for the right address and let them know I had an appointment. When I got there the receptionist bumped my appointment back and I waited an HOUR! The girl who was doing the exams was really young and acted like it. She had an attitude with me. The receptionist didn't note what type of visit I was going in for when they told me and my insurance company told me the exam was fully covered. They were going to charge me through the roof for an exam. After waiting an hour I had to walk out because of outrageous prices and RUDE SERVICE!
