Hartung Associates and Noblin Realty were 2 well-respected firms in Tallahassee, but after they merged they must have gone over to the Dark Side. Brokers work for the seller, not the buyer. I get that. However, there's no need to jerk buyers around the way they did me. Spent a lot of time and money, but ended up having to kill the deal. I've never cared much for real estate brokers anyway, but these guys take it to a new low. On the other hand, if you're a seller, this is probably the kind of broker you want!
