I ordered flowers for delivery, a bouquet of a dozen gerbera daisies to be exact, and was charged accordingly. I received a picture of the flowers that were delivered and there were only 6 flowers there. I called and asked why this was and why I did not get a call or notification that there were going to be half of the flowers I paid for and the lady on the phone gave me nothing but an attitude and made it seem as though it was my fault. I would give this zero stars if I could, I will never shop there again. I was trying to support a local small business and was treated terribly. Some of the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. more
