Brought my 2010 Fusion in for that they call the "works package". I barely got the chance to get a cup of coffee and get sat down in their waiting area(the fireplace was lit and working!) when they were finished. Jennifer was knowleagable, and helpful with the whole proccess. Overall, I felt comfortable, and pleased with my 1st experience with Buster Miles Ford. They really did go the distance for me, a first time customer. I have found my new hometown dealer, right here in Heflin, Al. Its worth the 32 mile drive to get treated so well.
