went to get my truck fixed for a common issue the trucks had been having, even had a bulletin out for the problem, over a year ago....and i'm still mad!!! service manager was a nice person but totally screwed me over on receiving financial help on a "bulletin issue" with my truck. told HQ my issue wasnt the one the bulletin referenced so i got no help. this is because i took my truck in for the EXACT 'bulletin issue' and the mechanic put it back together wrong and i had to take back, so BAM service manager says not the bulletin issue. total BS. after the mechanic tried to blame me twice for the problem and all kind of crackhead excuses, the problem still occured so he finally took it back apart after me almost losing my cool and low and behold he realized he missed putting a certain spring back on the truck making it almost impoosible to turn! this repair should have been $600, they charged me over $1000, (and this was before i brought it back because i realized they didn't fix the truck) the service manager would not work with HQ after that, even after he admitted to me it was the bulletin issue, purposely not taking their calls. i will never do business with this company again, and it's too bad they screwed me so bad because they missed out on quite a few sells of new trucks last summer....steered 3 of my friends away from this place and they all bought trucks at my current gm dealer/service center...they are too lazy to do a little bit of paperwork and the mechanic i had was an idiot! Not a place that i will ever go back to just because of their lack of caring and trying to blame me for their mistake!!!!! more
