I have had numerous articles of clothing returned to me dirty, with burn marks, crushed buttons. The owner will not replace ruined clothing no matter how long you have been a customer. The last straw for me was a brand new $110 dress shirt that I had worn once that was returned to me with a warped collar and scorch marks and the owner himself told me that the shirt was not ruined and that "this hapens to shirts all the time its just the way they look when they are ironed in a press"
