Where do I start? Aging building, visible dirt from lack of cleaning. I went to sit in a dirty chair in the waiting area and could smell urine. My first thought was a child had an accident? Then I realized it was 9am and very few people had been in. I told the receptionist and she laughed when she smelled it too and grabbed a can of Lysol and sprayed it around the waiting room. Obvious lack of concern. I then had to wait At least 45 minutes before being shuffled between three rooms by an assistant that clearly thought his job was pointless and subjected to an obsurd amount of xrays. The female dentist was rude and disrespectful, mocking my dental floss and saying that using portable floss picks was for kids and I should "grow up". I was then told that I needed over 10,000 dollars worth of dental work and an appt was scheduled for the start when my insurance kicked in. Fast forward I called to make sure they had my insurance and was advised they never got it. I called my insurance and they confirmed they had sent it and everything was good. The office staff still couldn't find anything so I had information faxed and rescheduled appt. Fast forward again, they still didn't have insurance info at 830 spot and I was told they had to wait for some guy that will be in at 9 but they removed me from my spot because there was no more open spots, the receptionist said it happens all time and she couldn't find my insurance in the guys desk full of papers.. I will be finding a new primary dentist. Avoid at all cost!!!
