Bought a TV that allegedly was never opened with a full manufacture’s warranty. TV came, set it up and it had a 3/4” vertical strip of dead pixels. Phoned MegaWatts and was told either ship it back or deal with Visio. Phoned Visio and they said set was sold from Sam’ Club four months earlier, so NO MANUFACTURE’S WARRANTY. At that point I lost all faith in MegaWatts, filed a Paypal claim to be sure I got my money back. Had to pay for return shipping, lesson learned.
