Worst company every! I purchased a lamp from there 2 weeks ago and when I got it home and set it up and tried to turn it on I realized the switch was broken. I had my original receipt and went to exchange it and was told it was not in the original packaging so they would not return it. It didn't have packaging, just a written on sticker. I told them that was stupid and was they sold me a broken item they needed to resolve the issue. They manager she she would let us exchange it for the exact same item only and said she was doing us a favor. What a rude way to talk to a customer or anyone. I asked how that was a favor when they sold the broken merchandise in the first place and she just walked off on me. They didn't have that same lamp and wouldn't let me exchange and pay the difference for a more expensive item. You can't even call the store or corporate office to speak to anyone you have to send an email and are lucky if they even respond. I recommend shopping elsewhere. If you lookup complaints against this company you will find pages full of complaints just like mine. They also have an F rating by the BBB. Beware if you choose to shop there. I would give them negative stars if it allowed me.
