So it's 3 am in the morning in December. Our Eden Place apartment room temperature has been plummeting since our heater went down over an hour ago. It's 9F outside, and I don't know how much longer I should wait before calling 911.
Oh yes, I called the apartment "emergency" hotline over an hour ago, and again 20 minutes ago. They said they could "inform" the maintenance people, but could not give me an ETA. I wonder how "emergency" is defined in their leasing term.
I hope I don't have to wake up my wife, 5 year old son, and 3 year old daughter at 4 in the morning, but it looks like we may have to start our day earlier today, somewhere warmer.
