My biggest complaint would be every time i try to enter your facility the entrance is always littered with dog poop and nearly impossible to walk in and out without me or my animal stepping in it. Seems very little if any attempt is ever made to clean it up or simply hose it away. Seems not much to ask for the crazy prices i pay.
