My daughter and wife went in to buy a used car that we had driven a day or so before. We made it expressly known we did not want extended warranty or GAP insurance.. they processed the paperwork without letting my daughter red the final copies and did not give her copies of the sales contract or finance documents.. when asked about it after the fact.. we were told no one here can help you.. in essence they charged us an extra $4,800 for items we expressly said we did not want or need..especially when we put $5,000 as a downpayment
