Family member had a car there over 3 weeks and no written estimate; was told several times that "more was found that needs to be fixed" which is odd since it wasn't being driven after it was dropped off for an estimate. They wanted 1700 for unauthorized repairs on a car worth about 1800... We filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office and owner's response was a total fabrication. These people are untruthful and are still holding the vehicle hostage. Just be sure you really know what parts you actually need, and deal with these people only in writing if you have to deal with them at all.
