I bought 35 trees from them that never leafed out. I paid to have them shipped to my town and paid for backhoe and labor and gopher cages, etc. The response I got from the nursery about the dead trees they was underwhelming, they agreed to replace the original cost of the trees but would not ship them to me and required me to make a 6 Hour Dr. to pick them up and we're completely unsympathetic to the massive costs I incurred because of the dead trees they sold me
