Do not live here. If you want your car to remain un dented and not scratched, find a different complex.The parking is simply atrocious. The apartments are done as cheap as possible. Maintenance is slow. The staff is friendly until you move out. Your rent will go up after your ten month lease. No one cleans up after their dogs. The price isn't worth the apartment. I paid 1609 for a two bed two bath on the second floor. I now pay 1700 for a different complex and live on the ground floor, have a garage, a third bedroom, and a yard. Don't settle for this place, or any BRE property for that matter. We've been screwed o ver by them before. Although it was our fault for going back to them.
There are a few pluses to this complex. The location is absolutely wonderful. Carmel Mountain is a great area to live. The neighborhood it is in is nice and quiet and on the golf course. The pools are nice and the hot tub is big. That's about it though. And those things you can find anywhere.
