Called contractor about obtaining a quote for spray insulation in the attic. Left phone number never got a call back. Called contractor a second time, individual answered and asked, "Is this a a new or existing home?" My response, "Existing home." Individual responded too busy and not interested. Is Rio Insulation in business to grow as a business or drive business away.
