My first appointment I waited over three hours to see the doctor. I get a call a few weeks later telling me I had an appointment I didn't make, when I went by the office to find out why I had appointment, the staff was unable to tell who had made the appointment or what it was about. My second appointment I received a call informing me that the doctor was running behind, so I waited an hour before I went to the appointment. When I got there I was told there was several people ahead me and that if I wanted to I could go home and wait for them to call likely two to three hours. Very poor time management skills to say the least, from my understanding this is typical.
