had some stains removed in my motorhome. Fibernew took over 8 hrs to do the work. The stains came up except for a little spots, two weeks later they were coming back up?. I had a few spots dyed they did not match very well and the cloth he used to mix the colors ended up bleeding thru to a totaly new area on the carpet.My couch was cleaned and ended up with a round stain where he set the solution bottle down. I had purchased Xzilion carpet and fabric protection and they did not mimd that he left my Motorhome like this. I asked him to come back and clean the stains he added and he promised he would.
It has been 6 months and no calls ?. I am dissapointed!
