Gosh, Nate's has been my service for years, about 10. Called today, staff has changed, not as 'hometown' friendly as they use to be and I was asked for the security code on the back of my Visa. NEVER before has a business that I call to make a payment asked me for my security number on the back of my card. I told the worker I couldn't read it and she ran my card without it, like every other time in the past 10 years, it went through fine. Hmmmmm.......
