I had my carpet cleaned and the technician broke my glass dining room table. Called the technician he said he didn't do it and if he did I would have heard it. Called the owner and the owner was nonchalant and chose to do nothing about it. The owner wouldn't even come to my home to take a look at the damage in order to come up with a resolution. I paid $250.00 to only have to pay even more for a broken diningroom table that my family have had for 15 years and no longer can use it anymore. Poor customer service
