Joy made my car buying experience EXACTLY what it should be. I came to Dodge because I loved my current Journey, but knew it was time to get out of the unfavorable interest rate I had found myself in. Joy greeted me in the lot by telling me she was bored. I told her I was bored too, so I thought I would come buy a new car. I knew that we would get along just fine because we shared the same sense of humor! Anyway, we started out with a fully loaded 2013 Journey because of the rebates that came with it, but the numbers didn't work out. That, and I was stubborn, and knew where I could be in my budget. She suggested a sedan, I turned up my nose. She suggested a couple of Jeeps, but I think I really had my heart set on another Journey. She came back and told me that she found a car and "I was gonna say YES". I told her I had better love it. It was base model 2014 Journey. And I did. And I said YES. Best part...while signing the paperwork, a better bank offer came in at the 11th hour that changed the terms, lowered the payment, and extended the full coverage warranty, all for EXACTLY where I wanted my payment to be. THANK YOU!!! To Joy, for all your hard work and patience, and dilligence, you were wonderful to work with! To Tony for crunching the numbers, and to Kyle for talking to the banks to get the loan that's best for me. Over all...my experience truly is 5 stars. So much so, that I brought my brother I the next day to buy a truck! By the way...you had be at free car washes!
