Well i took in my company truck for service. The power was out. They said they would call when it came back on. 3 days later still no call. Then our other ford has a mechanical issue it sits for days at the dealership. Oh we will call you when we know what the problem is the y said. And well you guessed it no call ever came. We finally called oh we have it pulled in and we will call you as soon as we know the problem. Lol. I was parked across the street. The truck was still just sitting outside with snow piled up on it. Lol i hope thats not thier idea of small town service. Oh ya everyone inside is very rude too. Should be shut down.
