i bought a new hyundai in august 2012. price was jacked up by more than $1500 from the night before when i left my deposit. i was stuck without a car so i made the mistake of just taking the hit and regret it to this day. should have fought for my deposit back and walked away. they then called me forever to get an oil change. they said it would take an hour. i had the appt made two months in advance. drove an hour to brooklyn and was told that it would take 4 hours. nobody apologized, walked to my car to greet me when i got there and showed no courtesy to a customer that is never going to buy from them again. please don't believe these fake reviews on deal rator. in the day i got my car there were other people complaining. i should have listened.
