I went to quest for the first time to get lab work done. I made an appointment online earlier the same day and was seen quickly. I was back in my car heading home within a half hour. I have an extreme phobia of getting blood drawn and have fainted or had seizures in the past during the process. I told the tech about this and she put me at ease and distracted me by making small talk while she did it. Usually if they do this I can manage ok. I always appreciate it because some techs can be impatient and not want to be bothered, but they were great at quest.
