I got my haircut with Susan today at this place and I'm very disappointed.
I decided to spend 38 bucks hoping to get a professional haircut. In 15 min I got the haircut exactly the same you can get in china town for 8 dollars. The only difference - I got a hot towel on my face and manager was very friendly.
I had pictures of my previous haircut to show. I explain everything in details. Is it really that difficult to repeat what u can see on the picture????!!!! According to her I was "picky". She said "second time is needed to get used to". When she washed my hair I asked her to be gentle with my hairs. She said "I was too sensitive". Is that what I got for 43 bucks with tips.
I hav thinning hairs on a top and told her to use thinning shears from sides and back to make it even. Instead she tried to cut my thinning hairs on the top with them!!!! She din't even tried to think! Now the hairs on a top of my had are 3-4 cm long and 2 cm in front! I got really upset when at home I saw it in a mirror.
Manager asked how was it and I showed him the picture. I didn't make any scene.
He was very nice and gave me a business card with 25% discount for the next time. I will definitely come and make sure he manager will take care of me.
