I am a frequent Hertz business client and rent from both Airport locations and HLE sites like this one. This is in a car dealership and is conducive to renting a car while getting your car worked on but not for business clients. Why? It took 15 minutes as a Gold customer to get my reserved car, poor parking options for a personal car (there are no spots near the rental location or any reserved for Hertz), rental cars are parked hundreds of yards away from rental location, car was not full of gas at time of rental, no key drop off for Hertz after hours drop off, and while waiting you have car salesmen hovering around. Car was fine but RENT ELSEWHERE.
