Temprite came to our home today. The heat was fixed when they left, shortly later the heat stopped working again. They sent another service man back as soon as they heard my problem. Turns out my son accidentally turned of the emergency switch. No additional charge and I know they must have been busy given this extreme weather. 10 Stars!!
