I am not one to complain but feel I must in regard to the service rendered me by Spanos Auto Sales. I was disappointed to find that there was a floor mat missing on my new Lexus, so asked to have one provided. Instead of giving me a matching high quality mat, Spanos gave me a cheap 30, non-logo mat, that didn’t even match the others. After many complaints and promises, I regret to say they are the worse on customer satisfaction as this problem could have been solved for just a few dollars very few compared to the 10’s of thousands I paid for my Lexus. Don’t use Spanos if you want good service after your purchase.
