Ellen told me she thought she was a member of my insurance. We agreed to go through her billing. After two month at I Sked if she thought All was good. She said she thought so. Instead if actually talking to her billing service she led me to believe that we would be covered. After Lmost 4 months I received. Notice from my insurance company that she was not in network. This means that I have to pay out of pocket MORE than had she charged me her standard rates. Instead of trying to work with me all she asked me was , "we'll wasn't it worth it?" I found that to be unprofessional and uncaring. I could not recommend her based on this interaction.
