I had an a scheduled estimate that Elite did not show up for... He did not call to tell me he was not coming. I called 30 minutes after my appt time and he said that he forgot about it and got called to another call. I then received a TEXT seven hours after my scheduled appointment saying that he was not going to get to it. A waste of time, but glad I did not pay anything.
