I'm a model renter - pay on time, never complain, and quiet. I've been here 3 years and last year the rent went from $1300 monthly on a small 1-bedroom to $1350. This year it went up another $100 monthly - and this is on top of the $150 monthly parking fee. So now my rent and parking on a small 1-bedroom will be almost $1600 a month. So I just got pre-approved for a mortgage and will be moving out. If the rent hadn't gone up I would continue to rent here, but at these prices I can pay less money each month on a mortgage. The kicker? The in-building valet parking. My car was damaged by the valet's and the parking company refused to even return my calls or letters. If you move here, you will regret it. Its a shame because this is a great location, just overly priced and bad parking,
