Steve P was an excellent service speacialist. Was at my house within 24 hours of my furnace not working. Once he got there, he made me fully aware of the problem and explained the situation in a way I could understand. Steve did not mind the fact I sat right by him and helped fix the problem. He was happy to teach me how my furnace works which I greatly appreciated.
