I had a clogged bath drain. My local plumber didn't have the right equipment to fix it so he referred me to Steve at Roto-Rooter. Steve would have had to get up on the roof to snake the drain stack for $500. I asked about the special for a whole house cleaning ($745) and if it would include the roof stack. Yes, for $200 more. I agreed and Steve showed up on time the next morning. Wonderful news, he was able to clear all the drains from inside the house and I didn't have to pay the extra $200. Steve was very nice and friendly. He gave me some great advice about future maintenance. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to my friends. Don't wait 25 years to have your drains cleaned!
