I switched from comcast over to dish and it was the worse mistake I have ever made....when the tech arrive to install the customer svc rep had enetered all the wrong information....the tech had to leave with out one of our main tv working...when I called to cancell the service dish said I was already in my contract (even though the service wasn't on nor was it wprking)...dish was suppose to send the tech back that day and the tech never returned...now we have to wait 6 days before another tech can get her to fix our service so we can watch tv......my 5 yr old doesn't understand why our tvs don't work....dish is an absolute nightmare....!
