I think the driver I have is wonderful, she is very kind and courteous, but the people that actually work in the office are very rude and provide horrible customer service, to be exact the general mananger Susan Downs, this woman got on the phone with me screaming the moment I said hello and during the conversation. I would not recommend anyone to use this company their customer service says it all
