I have to start out saying my daughter was blessed to be put with a wonderful teacher, problem was she was rarely with her. I expierienced extremely unprofessional behavior from the director and some of the staff. My daughter was constantly being bounced around to classrooms and when I approached the director she was very rude and blunt in her response. I witnessed several disturbing scenarios between children and some of the teachers. Mostly with the infants and younger children. A lack of unprofessional leadership will most certaintly be picked up upon and effect the teachers own work ethic. I have moved from a few daycares and you can tell when teachers are unappreciated and burnt out, and their the ones we are entrusting our children to! Do your research, ask TOO many questions observe your child from a distance on a trial day, and you should always feel comfortable to go into management with any questions without feeling like your interrupting their business, you are their business. I've been treated better by a Starbucks employee.
