When it comes to taste, preparation and atmosphere you just can't beat Jewel's Deluxe Resturant. They do have one problem that bothers me a lot. The people who dip the plates are a little careless. I despise finding a butter bean mixed in with what I ordered. This has happened to me at least 5 times in the last six months. If I order baked ham, rice/gravy, mac/cheese and banana pudding then that is exactly what I want. It completely ruins my meal enjoyment to find something strange mixed in with it. If not for this I would give them 5 stars.
