I was a longtime customer of Fin and Feather but the extremely poor customer service in the gun shop changed that. I went through 9 weeks of unreturned calls and flat out lies about when I could expect my rifle back. 2 weeks after I was told it was "on the bench" I checked on it to find out it was not touched. When I complained to the manager his response was less than adequate. He stated only that he was sorry. He made no attempt to rectify my situation or state the he would improve their service.
I can only assume my experience must be business as usual for them.
