I found the salesman at Acura of Berlin fulfilling most of the stereotypes of a "car salesman". He was patronizing to me and seemed to dismiss my questions. He insulted my car for trade-in (this may be part of the technique for lowering the value, but I thought it unnecessary). He also did not fulfill all we had agreed to when I came to pick up my new car. His last words to me as I exited the dealership were a "jab" at me. To be honest, I will not shop there again, nor will I ever recommend this dealership to anyone. The cars are wonderful, and could I have found this model elsewhere (it is late in the year), I would have purchased it at any other dealership. On a positive note, I did find the Finance Department enjoyable to work with when paying for the car.
