If you can avoid dealing with this group, do so. Although they, unfortunately, do have a selection of fine homes in their repertoire, they are very unethical in the manner in which they conduct business and their property deals. As an organization, they prefer to benefit from both the selling and buying end of the transaction and will cross ethical boundaries to do so. Put your trust with realtors with values and morals, qualities this group unfortunately do not have.
