Geniuses. Only thing lacking is the manager never calling me back or answering my call.
I was, however, impressed bc when I got my hair done by a lower level stylist I didn't feel like she gave me what I asked for and showed her in a picture. I then called to cancel my next apt. With her bc of the hair cut I didn't like, and next thing I know the manager has talked me into going in to meet with the owner do she could try and fix my hair. I'm so glad I went back bc she fixed it and did the color... Now it is amazing and just the way I invisioned
