We had a refrigerator quit working on August 6. 2012. We only have one an needed an Emergency tech right away. We called Hagans they came out same day, They sent a technician named Mike, he was very efficient an professional and very pleasant. He replaced a Relay and it started cooling again an it is an older Kenmore, They even called before coming,the people in the office were nice too,not a computer that takes messages, Thank you Hagans an Mike, a job well done an a very satisfied customer. I might also say no one else would come for a week.
