They showed us a certain air conditioning unit during the sales call and confirmed this is what they would install. They then proceeded to install a lower quality air conditioning unit and install RU 22 instead of the current standard which is 410. When we complained that the unit installed was not the unit agreed to their response was either take as is or they would rip it out and return our money. We took the money. RU 22 is not even made anymore. We have no clue why they installed that in our unit especially since it is now almost triple the cost of 410. I would stay away, there are many other good installers who are actually much cheaper as well.
