I purchased a 2013 Cougar travel trailer only to have it wind damaged that evening in a storm. We called our sales person he said bring it back down we will have it all fixed and back to you in two weeks. It took almost a week and a half to even get an estimate after I was told they would do it in one day, amazing that after a nasty phone call it was done the next day. I was told they would have no problems meeting my August 3 deadline to have my unit repaired as I had vacation scheduled. In the end I was told they would not even be able to get parts in by that date. So after 3 weeks $200 in diesel and not even one thing fixed on my trailer I picked it up and had it fixed at a local shop. After looking at the estimate I can't even find why they wanted to replace the roof except for the $5000 labor bill. This dealer is all about selling you a new unit and once your out the door they are done with you. Now I'm done with them!!
